Will Obama Eligibility Issue Cause Civil Unrest as Suggested by One Intelligence Analyst?

Evidently, an experienced intelligence analyst recently released a whitepaper that suggests that the issue of whether Obama is eligible to be President due to the constitutional citizenship requirement could result in problems for law enforcement and homeland security. As mentioned previously, the growing list of those requesting proof of Obama's eligibility apparently includes a Former state Supreme Court Chief Justice, a Former Presidential Candidate, a Former Attorney General, a number of legislators, and a number of active-duty U.S. Military personnel.

It has been suggested that the constitutional crisis that might result if/when one of the many cases goes to court could result in civil disobedience. I would argue that we face GREATER RISK if the issue does not go to court to finally prove or disprove Obama's eligibility. Unfortunately, the popular press has been silent on the issue but as more and more people find out about the facts of the case and how Obama's teams of lawyers are fighting from sea to shining sea to keep the cases from being heard, the breadth and depth of concerns of injustice will grow. Add to that the continually growing list of issues disappointing and offending patriotic citizens and resulting in Obama being the most polarizing President in at least 40 years. For example, many are offended (and rightly so) for his recent actions such as apologizing for what he called the arrogance of Americans, his bowing down to the Saudi King, his continuously growing list of broken promises, his praise of Europe and negativity towards America on the world stage, his potentially quadrupling the national debt and rubber stamping thousands of earmarks while completely contradicting his actions by speaking about the importance of fiscal responsibility, his relentless onslaught of socialism, and much more. All of this just adds fuel to the fire and continues to be increasingly divisive for those who stay informed.

However, the majority of those voicing concern over the unanswered question of Obama's eligibility tend to be extremely patriotic and they show strong concern that our constitution is enforced and our laws are respected and followed. Thus, one would deduce that those concerned about Obama's eligibility are the least likely profiles to cause problems for law enforcement or homeland security.

Now let us suppose that the case were to go to court and Obama were proven to be ineligible to hold the office of the President due to being born in Kenya, having been an Indonesian citizen, having been a British citizen, or any of the other POTENTIAL issues that have been raised. There would likely be many who would be overcome with emotion and cause trouble despite clear unconstitutionality. It would also be a challenge to "roll back" all of the actions that were taken by one ineligible to hold the office. In combination with other factors such as a down economy, one can easily see how there might be some resulting issues that we should be prepared for.

So why might I suggest that we face a greater risk if the issue does not go to court to finally prove or disprove Obama's eligibility if those concerned about his eligibility are the least likely to cause problems for law enforcement? OUR CONSTITUTION IS THE FOUNDATION OF THIS GREAT NATION. By refusing to hear the case, our courts are suggesting that the constitution does not matter. If we ignore one clause of the constitution (the natural born citizen clause), why not others? Whatever logic or legal arguments were used to blatently ignore one clause of the constitution could just as easily be used to justify more to be ignored.

Obama should stop fighting to keep the eligibility cases out of court. If there is no problem with his eligibility, he should be glad to simply provide the appropriate documentation.

In fact, he should have been glad to provide it long before the elections when the issue was first raised. Furthermore, our Senators and Congressmen and/or the Federal Election Commission should have speerheaded efforts to verify Obama's eligibility before he was allowed on the ballot. They verified McCain's eligibility so why not Obama's?

The eligibility debate should never have been an eligibility debate and it certainly should not have had to evolve into the plethora of lawsuits and concerned citizens that it has. It's also about time the popular press stopped ignoring the issue and instead pressed for resolution. The sooner the questions surrounding Obama's eligibility are answered, the better off we will be. But if the questions remain unanswered, it will show a sad lack of respect for the fundamental principles upon which this Great Nation was founded.

President Obama, could you please take time away from your busy schedule of praising the EU, bowing to Middle Eastern dignitaries, and speaking about America and its citizens in a derogatory manner, to simply provide the documentation necessary to prove or disprove your eligibility to be President of the United States? If so, I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated by the "arrogant" Americans you've been speaking of recently.

Obama Apologizes for Arrogance of America and Bows to Saudi King? Unbelievable!

I don't know what is more unbelievable:

1) The fact that Obama got up in front of the world and apologized for the arrogance of Americans and that he actually bowed down recently to the Saudi King...

or

2) The continued failure of popular press to present reality. They still choose to paint a rosy picture and cover their beloved Obama with a worshipful attitude while conveniently 'forgetting' to mention the facts.

In the popular media, we'll probably see little or no mentioning of his apologies to the world for the so-called arrogance of America, his bowing down to the Saudi King, his giving speeches about how we need to be frugal, 'fiscally responsible' and only 'pay-as-you-go' while racking up debt larger than all previous American Presidents combined, and the list goes on and on. It's very disappointing to see the state of journalism today.

The popular press has also failed to cover the valid questions of whether Obama is even eligible to hold the office of the President. Obama has had high-power lawyers fighting hard to ensure the challenges haven't been heard thus far -- they continue to be dismissed on technicalities and ridiculous rulings of "lack of standing" to bring the suit. More and more are wondering what Obama is trying to hide. As described at WND, lawsuits across the land are challenging Obama's eligibility according to the U.S. Constitution. Among the hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of citizens demanding proof, the list of individuals asking for proof of Obama's eligibility includes:

* A Former state Supreme Court Chief Justice
* A Former Presidential Candidate
* A Former Attorney General
* Many legislators
* Many active-duty U.S. Military personnel

The group of persons demanding proof of Obama's eligibility would undoubtedly be much larger if the popular press would cover the issue and present the true facts of the case, the unanswered questions, the the tremendous effort the Obama camp has put into ensuring that the truth is not heard. Perhaps he is eligible... no one will know for sure until the truth comes out. Every American citizen should be wondering what they're trying to hide.

Obama Repeating Hoover's Blunder That Put "Great" in "Great Depression"

I've always believed (and I still believe) that America will eventually recover because of the hard work, patriotism, ingenuity, and work ethic of the citizens. But it's the "eventually" part that I'm starting to worry about.

It sure seems that Obama's doing everything he can to worsen the situation (really pushing his socialist agenda despite the consequences). For example, despite the Congressional Budget Office's conclusion that his phony stimulus bill would actually hurt the economy more than doing nothing at all, he's thrown money (which we obviously don't have so future generations will be left footing the bill) at thousands of wasteful earmarks, growing bigger government, and other wasteful spending -- literally BILLIONS of dollars that will just add to national debt and do nothing to stimulate the economy.

But I won't go on about that since there's unfortunately not much we can do about the damage that's already "writing on the wall". Today I read an article in which Phil Kerpen provides an excellent perspective on the next Obama plans and how detrimental they could be. We may be destined to repeat our own history. Of course, he and the media will probably somehow try to place the blame elsewhere and unfortunately, many citizens may choose to simply consume speeches rather than research the facts and see the reality of what is happening.

Obama Strongly Supports Killing Babies; Doctors Will Have No Choice

Unfortunately, Obama is wasting no time ensuring that there are no slow-downs for those desiring to kill babies. In a very short time he has:

* Committed your tax money to fund abortions in other countries.

* Struck down Bush's rule allowing Doctors and Nurses who have moral and/or religious opposition to murdering babies to refuse to take part. Doctors and Nurses will no longer even have a choice as to whether they will participate the horrendous act.

* Soon he may be using your tax dollars to help pay for abortions here as well.

This all out assault on life itself is unbelievable. I think that anyone who thinks they support Obama on this should be forced to sit through the horrible act and witness it first-hand. I'd be willing to be that a large majority would be terribly scarred and would no longer support the horrendous practice. Obama Pay-Go vs. $4 TRILLION Budget with 9000 Earmarks

I'll leave you to make the judgement but on the one hand Obama this past Monday gave a speech about "pay-as-you-go", not spending money we don't have, and "fiscal responsibility". At the same time, he's proposing more mortgage bailouts and a $4 Trillion budget with 9,000 earmarks costing each taxpayer $25,000 in additional taxes. How do he and congress get away with such falsehoods and clear contradictions in so small a windows of time?

And what about the great Nancy Pelosi who promised no more earmarks? Why hasn't anyone in the media asked her why the 9,000 earmarks in the recent budget (and many more that were in the phony stimulus plan) should not be considered evidence of blatant lies told to the American public? And have they asked Obama the same related to the apparent contradiction between his comments about "fiscal responsibility" and "pay-go" and the wasteful spending bills filled with earmarks and very little to create jobs (both socialist stimulus and the $4 Trillion budget)?

Nancy Pelosi promised to end wasteful spending on pork pet projects yet they just passed another $410 Billion bill littered with pork pet project spending and special interests. Together with Obama, they're destroying our country in a matter of weeks. Apparently, both of them think they can speak out of both sides of their mouth - say one thing while doing the opposite - and get away with it without anyone taking notice. Consider the facts below that I receieved via email today:

"Last night, I watched with disappointment and dismay as President Obama -- with Speaker Pelosi applauding loudly behind him -- rolled out literally hundreds-of-billions more in spending and tax increases.

It was like watching one of those horror movies where the bad guy keeps coming back...with even more scary big government programs that have failed the American people time after time. If you're keeping score at home here are the biggest boondoggles with the price tags attached:

* "Continuing Resolution" legislation to fund existing federal programs at $410 billion -- an 8.7% increase in spending over the last year which is the biggest increase on domestic spending since the Carter Administration. Currently being debated this week and next.
* Obama/Pelosi Housing Bailout at $275 billion. Proposed now and will be debated within days.
Bank Bailout at estimated $1 trillion. Details of this new Bank Bailout are still fuzzy but the numbers are huge. Debate to begin within weeks.
* Nationalized Health Care proposal is to be announced this Thursday. The President is saying his "health care reform…will not wait another year." We know what that means. Hundreds of billions more of your money and less individual health care choice for you.

So far, the Obama/Pelosi agenda has been all spending while taking our nation to historic debt levels. Last night, we saw the first big Obama/Pelosi tax increase. And it is genuinely massive -- try $1.2 trillion over the next decade on ENERGY, the one sector of the economy where prices are lower at the moment.
President Obama and Speaker Pelosi are now championing a "Cap and Trade" scheme that will ration energy while increasing taxes. A version of this proposal was introduced last year as the Warner/Lieberman Cap and Trade bill. Here are the key details from last year's legislation that are the basis for the Obama/Pelosi plan:
$1.2 TRILLION Tax Increase over 7 years on gasoline, home energy and really all energy in next decade. Source: Congressional Budget Office, April 10, 2008
this tax would cost the economy 3 to 4 million jobs according to an analysis by the American Council on Capital Formation
the average family would lose over $4,000 per year in purchasing power (and remember the Pelosi/Obama tax cut was only $800 per couple)
Gasoline prices would increase anywhere from 77 to 145 percent--that means prices of about $2 a gallon now would go up to $3.50 or even $5 a gallon.
In addition, the Washington Post has reported that President Obama's budget will also include income tax increases. More on that once we have the details tomorrow.
The numbers are staggering. But there is more. Under the Obama/Pelosi "Cap and Trade" scheme, for the first time the federal government will literally ration energy -- deciding how much energy should be available and at what cost to families and businesses. The impact on our families and economy will be disastrous."

If this continues, it may take decades or more for our country to recover. They show no concern whatsoever for the condition of the economy and they continue spending like money grows on trees -- continually spending us further into debt. The only thing on their minds apparently is furthering their socialist agenda as rapidly as possible - regardless of the destructive consequences.

How can Obama and Pelosi, in good conscience, come out promising "pay-as-you-go" - to not spend money we don't have - earlier this week and then follow that with immediate wasteful spending on socialist programs and projects. $800 BILLION here, $410 BILLION there, how about $275 BILLION to pay people's mortgages for them, MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to fund murdering babies (abortion) in other countries, how about another $700 BILLION for nationalized healthcare... Come on, surely you can come up with more, my great great grandchildren still want you to rob from their piggy banks too. This is unbelievable. The majority of the popular press' failure to accurately cover the obvious falsehoods and contradictions is also beyond comprehension.

Obama Saying One Thing While Doing the Opposite?

Obama had the nerve yesterday (Monday – 23 February) to give a speech about “fiscal responsibility” and “pay-as-you-go” rather than spending money you don’t have. Yet he just got through pushing through and signing an unprecedented spending bill – largest in the history of the world - that did exactly the opposite! It wasted money on pork special interests (for example, tell me how $4 BILLION to ACORN was labeled “economic stimulus”), committed the nation and individual states who accept funds to spending on entitlements long after the money has dried up, and showed extreme fiscal irresponsibility by spending historic levels of “money you don’t have” – exactly the opposite of his so-called “pay-go”. In fact, even the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office said Obama’s spending bill will actually hurt the economy even worse than doing nothing at all. But the real question is how much longer the Obama administration can continue to tell the public what it wants to hear while actually doing something else that’s often even completely contradictory. Only a few persons are actually reporting what’s really going on here (think Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingram, etc.) and Obama is swiftly plotting to silence their voices. And if you immediately turn away because you’re caught up in the Obama-mania that the media has created, I challenge you to first set aside your current biases (even if you’ve heard some of Obama’s direct attacks on Hannity and Limbaugh) and listen to them just once. If you give them a chance, I have confidence that most people’s eyes will be opened and they’ll see the truth that Obama does not want anyone to see. I’m sure he’d like to continue to say one thing while doing something else with the public blindly accepting it and the only voices of truth silenced.

Censorship as Bad as China in US? - A look at Obama's, and fellow Democrats', slow progression towards censorship of all who may disagree through the so-called 'Fairness Doctrine' or a modern incarnation thereof. The latest reports suggest they may be targeting not just radio but the Internet as well. Hmmm... Wow, Obama Team Even Threatened Sanctions If They Don't Withdraw Subpeona?

It sounds like the Obama legal team of high-powered lawyers is working overtime to ensure that no records are released - no birth certificate, no passports, not even college records! Why go to such great lengths if it's "moot" as they claim? This doesn't make sense. Why would he not just release the documentation and end it? Why didn't he do that 7-8 months ago and end it before it blossomed into over a dozen lawsuits? You can read more about this latest report at WND. Let's add it all up. Keeping birth certificate, passports, and other documentation under lock & key. Claims Obama was born in different hospitals in Hawaii. Sworn testimony of relatives that they witnessed his birth in Kenya (his father was a citizen of Kenya). Registered in school as Barry Soetoro in Indonesia where only citizens of Indonesia could attend, his adopted father was Indonesian, and Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. There are more facts too but this sure seems to me to warrant further investigation. ObamaCrimes.com is an excellent source for facts on the case.

I've read opinions from many bloggers that, like myself, doubted the merit of the lawsuits initially. That is, I doubted briefly until reading more about the evidence and finding out that Obama could have just stopped it before it ever began by simply releasing the appropriate documentation (that should be formally required of every candidate before being allowed even in a primary election).

Perhaps one day the appropriate documentation will finally be released, we'll find out there were no citizenship issues after all, and we'll look back and wish so much time and money had not been required to answer such a simple question of "natural born citizenship." Unfortunately, it appears based on this latest news that the tactics of intimidation are going to continue to be used to try to silence those simply seeking the truth. But through the persistence and patriotism of Americans, perhaps the truth will be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt and those famous words of wisdom will prove true once again: "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

Fax Representatives Now! Stop the Socialist Stimulus Before It's Too Late!

I sent a fax resembling the text below to all U.S. Senators as they may be our only chance of stopping this madness. Go send your faxes to stop the socialist stimulus now, before it's too late! They're already hearing from citizens with 100 to 1 ratio that are saying NO but they're not listening. We must continue until they listen to the will of the people. Text resembling the fax I sent:

RE: STOP the So-Called "Stimulus Bill"!

I'm writing to ask you to STOP the so-called "Stimulus Bill" and to DEMAND that you vote NO on this legislation.

This trillion-dollar bill that is before Congress now is a FARCE. It does almost NOTHING to actually stimulate the economy; instead, it pays out billions of dollars for political payoffs to Obama supporters, billions of dollars to fund the radical environmentalist agenda, tens of millions of dollars for programs that don't work according to our own government, $150 billion for new federal education bureaucracies, and much, much more.

Even the Association of Community Organization for Reform Now (ACORN), which has been accused of voter fraud, is reportedly under federal investigation, and played a key role in the housing meltdown, would receive over FOUR BILLION DOLLARS under this plan!

Almost one-third of the so-called "tax relief" in this plan is spending in disguise, meaning that true tax relief makes up only 24 percent of the total package –- NOT the 40 percent that President Obama had requested.

This plan provides enough spending – $825 billion – to give every man, woman, and child in America $2,700. It's enough to give every person living in poverty in the United States $22,000. This is CRAZY. Please, vote NO on this false "stimulus" bill, and give Americans a TAX BREAK to stimulate the economy instead. I will be watching your votes on this matter very closely. Thank you.

There are many ongoing lawsuits challenging Obama's eligibility according to the constitution's "natural born citizen" clause. If anyone sets aside any biases they may have and looks only at the evidence (for example, check out all of the evidence at the site of Berg v. Obama - ObamaCrimes.com), there's no doubt they would conclude that it appears likely that Obama does NOT meet the constitutional requirements to hold the office of President. What's even more unbelievable is that according to this story at WND the Congress actually investigated Sen. McCain's eligibility (which was far less in question that Obama's citizenship status) but they did NOT investigate Obama's eligibility! The double-standards are almost too much to believe. Of over a dozen such lawsuits, perhaps the most promising (as far as being heard in court) is on behalf of Alan Keyes and others who definately have "standing" to bring the suit. Mr. Berg also has three ongoing lawsuits on the issue as well. He's been trying to be heard now for 7 months or so and he continues to attempt to ensure our constitution is respected and upheld. Surely one must wonder why, if there really are not any citizenship issues, Mr. Obama didn't just produce the appropriate documentation last year and stop all of the questions and lawsuits before they started. Logic here seems to suggest that there are indeed issues that need to be brought to light. I just want the truth to be revealed beyond the shadow of a doubt. Spread the word to all of your friends about the various cases, donate where you can, and hopefully America will find out the truth - whatever it may be...

The so-called "economic stimulus" that is heavily influenced by Socialist and Marxist ideologies and is anti-capitalism is now approaching $1 TRILLION! Enough is enough. Initial "Executive Orders" Waste Taxpayer Dollars to Fund Abortions and Make Our Country Less Secure

Well, Obama delivered significant change his first few days in office. Unfortunately, the changes were poor decisions opposed by a majority of Americans. Read the following details on two of the executive orders and I think you'll be longing to stop with the "hope and change" all ready...

1. Tax Money to Fund Foreign Abortions: As Obama heralded the need for economic stimulus his first few days in office, he quietly signed away millions of tax payer dollars via executive order to fund ABORTIONS in foreign nations. This was a bad decision for many reasons but here I'll mention two. First, the money could instead be used to provide much needed jobs in a challenging economy which I think virtually all Americans would prefer. Secondly, almost 60% of Americans disagreed with the decision to use their tax money to kill infants overseas.

Orders to Close Guantanamo as Al Qaeda Celebrated Their New #2 in Charge was a Terrorist Released from Guantanamo: While Al Qaeda was proudly boasting that one of the terrorists released from Guantanamo is now their #2 in command, Obama was signing more executive orders to release everyone else too. And while he was at it, he decided to tie our intelligence agencies' hands behind their backs as well. These steps eerily remind me of Clinton era budget cuts and policies that shrank and inhibited our defense and intelligence capabilities leading up to 9/11.

More Audacity of Deceit: The So-Called Economic Stimulus Package is a Joke

America is Being Deceived by Obama, Pelosi, & Dems. Don’t believe me? I invite you to explain how the following line items in the $850 BILLION (that’s $8,500,000,000.00!!) so-called “economic stimulus” bill have anything to do with creating jobs or stimulating our economy in some other way:

- $600 million on new cars for the federal government
- $50 million for the National Endowment of the Arts
- $335 million on STD prevention
- $4 BILLION to ACORN – yes, the one under federal investigation for voter fraud
- $200 million for the National Mall, including $21 million for sod!
- $136 BILLION to establish at least 32 new government programs which means more than a third of this plan's spending provisions are dedicated to creating new government programs
- $18.5 BILLION on "energy efficiency" and "renewable energy programs"

Now for a reality check. How much money are they really spending? Can we comprehend nearly a trillion dollars? Consider the following facts relayed to me courtesy of “The Center for Defense of Free Enterprise”:

- Only 34 of 152 separate spending proposals have any chance whatsoever at keeping or growing jobs
- Democrats' plan will cost each and every household $6,700 in additional debt, paid for by our children and grandchildren.
- $825 BILLION in spending could give every man, woman, and child in America $2,700.
- $825 BILLION in spending could give every person in Ohio $72,000.
- $825 BILLION is could give every person living in poverty in the United States $22,000.

Of course they're rushing it through before Americans find out what they're really committing our hard-earned tax dollars to. We should trust the free markets and capitalism that have contributed to this nation being so prosperous. If we’re going to “throw money at our problems” then it should at least go to creating new jobs and easing tax burdens (both personal and business).

But instead, they’re spending it on new cars, dishonest organizations like ACORN, new sod for the National Mall, and the National Endowment of the Arts! And what’s just as worrisome is that the popular media doesn’t tell the American people the truth about the wasteful proposals!

It’s time for a Reality Check - here’s the truth. America will recover from the recession – it’s only a matter of time. America will recover because of the ingenuity, spirit, patriotism, and work ethic of its citizens.

I speculate that Obama and Pelosi know that too. They know that, regardless of how many taxpayer dollars they waste on pork liberal interests, growing a bigger government, and the rest of their socialist agenda, the economy will get better (eventually). So they are taking advantage of the panic over the economy to go on a shopping spree – even if our children and grandchildren are still paying for their spending bills decades from now. At some point, the popular media that has slowly become more and more like an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth” will probably declare that Obama and Pelosi have rescued the world despite the facts that clearly demonstrate that their actions only slowed the inevitable progression towards recovery.

Explain to me how this shows sincerity of concern for the economic situation or how it shows fiscal responsibility. They hammered the Republicans for years for increasing the deficit – which did indeed show a lack of fiscal responsibility – yet now they show far less responsibility but seek approval and even accolade? It’s equally frightening that the media hides the truth and that even if they stated the truth a lot of people would probably blindly look the other way in disbelief.

Again, if you disagree with my assessment, I implore you to explain to me how wasting tax payer dollars on the items listed above and deceitfully labeling it “economic stimulus” when it’s really a “liberal interest stimulus” -- and bringing on debt for years and perhaps decades to come -- is anything but an unwise use of taxpayer dollars.
